The former chairman of the Trans Mara County Council Daniel Seitai will run for the Kilgoris constituency on a Restore and Build Kenya party in the March 4 elections. Seitai yesterday in Kilgoris town said he made the decision after URP failed to repeat the parliamentary primaries. The aspirant lost to Kilgoris ex-MP Gideon Konchellah. Konchellah was declared the winner after garnering 18,406 votes. Seitai came second with 16, 055 votes. He said the results had been doctored to favour Konchellah.
