CHEPKOILEL University is set to go paperless once Jamii Telkom (JTL) constructs a fibre optic connection from Eldoret to the university at a cost of Sh40m. Signing a memorandum of understanding yesterday, JTL said it will provide the broadband Internet free of charge as part of its contribution to the university's Information technology development. The university is set to receive its charter next month. JTL chairman Joshua Chepkwony said the company will extend its metro network from Eldoret to Chepkoilel University.
