Kiambu governor aspirant William Kabogo has urged voters to reject aspirants who defect from TNA party to other parties. Speaking at a thanks-giving rally in Gatundu South and North, Kabogo said those who defect to other parties citing irregularities are not genuine and do not show loyalty to the party. His remarks appeared to target his rival James Nyoro who left TNA for Narc over alleged "hooliganism and thuggery of the party's mechanisms". Kabogo thanked the residents for giving him over 90 per cent of votes at the primaries.
