THE electoral commission has warned aspirants to be on the look out since fake nomination certificates purportedly issued by the commission are in circulation. A statement released yesterday by the IEBC communications manager Tabitha Mutemi, said an arrest has already been made after police were notified of the fraud. “The Commission has noted that these bogus certificates bear fake signatures of IEBC officials. They have fake rubber stamps, wrong references of sections of the Electoral Laws, among other fake features,” the statement says...
