THE failure to gazette the appointment of members of the National Land Commission has been challenged in court.Under a certificate of Urgency, Amoni Amfry and Nagib Mohamed state the members have already been legally and properly appointed to the positions of chair and members of the National Land commission and all legal disputes disposed.
