OUTGOING Eldoret North MP William Ruto and his co-accused Johua Sang have joined the quest to have their trials at the International Criminal Court held in Kenya or Tanzania. Yesterday, the court's presidency asked the Trial Chamber Five to seek the opinion of the prosecution, victims lawyers and the registry on the possibility of holding the cases in Nairobi or Arusha. Last week, Ruto and Sang wrote to the presidency requesting it to direct the trial judges to seek the opinion of other parties and advise it on whether to talk to the relevant authorities...
