BASKETBALL referees converge at Kisumu Boys High School for a three day refresher clinic starting Friday.The clinic, organised by Kenya Basketball Referees Association (KBRA), is the first this season. The clinic will cater officials from Western Kenya and its environs, according to KBRA chairman Fred Awuor. He said similar refresher clinics would be held in Mombasa and Nairobi dates to be announced later.
