Former city town clerk John Gakuo is this morning set to join the crowded list of aspirants for the Nairobi county governor race. Gakuo, popularly known as Sir John, told the Star yesterday that he has "bowed down to the pleas by city residents". Gakuo once served in the provincial administration and the Ministry of Health.
