PROPERTY worth millions of shillings went up in flames on Monday night following a fire incident. The fire burnt two men hostels at Bondo University college in Siaya county. The fire which broke out at 7.30 pm razed down two-storey buildings and burnt to ashes the students belongings. Villagers and students were unable to save the students property. They could only access the ground and first floor, because the raging fire kept them at bay. Fire fighter engines arrived an hour later from Kisumu which is about 80 kilometres away.
