SLUM dwellers in Kisumu are on the spot for keeping information about criminals from the police. Kisumu East police boss Musa Kongoli yesterday accused some residents of Nyalenda, Obunga and Manyatta slums of protecting criminals by not volunteering information to police. Murder and robbery incidents in the slums are on the rise. An M-Pesa agent was on Friday shot dead in Nyalenda by unknown attackers.
