The directive issued by the Nakuru governor Kinuthia Mbugua three months ago to impound on all loitering animals in Nakuru town is still yet to be effected. Governor Mbugua had instructed Nakuru town enforcement officer to impound on the loitering animals at the Central Business District or else he risked being fired.
