CLOSING of Kwale land registry offices have no connection to last week move by president Uhuru Kenyatta of revoking title deeds for 500,000 hectare of land in Lamu. The Director of Physical Planning in the ministry of Land Augustine Masinde said the move is to bring sanity in service delivery at land offices.
