Mombasa governor Hassan Joho on Tuesday moved to mend the rift between him and county commissioner Nelson Marwa. Joho said he and Marwa should work together to improve the security of Mombasa residents. “Let us work together. It is about the lives of our people,” Joho asked Marwa when they met at the 10th Kenya Primary School Headteachers Association conference in Mombasa. Joho said Mombasa has a lot of activities in this month of August which requires that they work together to ensure security is beefed up.
