Prime Minister Raila Odinga, his deputy Musalia Mudavadi and Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka have for the second time escaped the scrutiny of the Court. This is after their names were yesterday struck out of a petition challenging their eligibility to run for the presidency and running mate respectively in March 4 General Election.
