FORMER Youth Enterprise Development Fund chairman Gor Semalang’o has lost his bid to participate in next week’s Mathare constituency by-election. Justice Mumbi Ngugi yesterday dismissed an application he had filed seeking to compel the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to allow him to contest. The IEBC had said Semelang’o did not comply with the Election Act.
