Kenya’s Judiciary has been ranked fifth amongst African countries whose judicial systems have the highest level of confidence from citizens. According to the survey by Gallup, 61 per cent of Kenyans have confidence in the Judiciary. Kenya sits high on the list after the Supreme Court upheld the election of Uhuru Kenyatta to the presidency last year. Malawi is ranked the highest in the survey by 69 per cent.
