THE Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has not paid suppliers Sh5 billion for equipment and services delivered during the March 2013 general election. On Tuesday officials of more than 110 companies from Nairobi told the Star that the IEBC owes them Sh340 million for goods and services they supplied last year. “We have not been paid even a single cent for the products and services we supplied during last year’s elections.
