CHIEF Justice Willy Mutunga has warned lazy judiciary officers against "doing a great damage to the judiciary". Mutunga said when judges resume duty from the August vacation, resident judges and heads of divisions will have job descriptions and clear terms of reference on which they need to sign to indicate that they understand what is expected of them. “A judicial officer who exhibits the virus of judicial laziness does great damage to the institution.
