Soldiers Ulinzi Stars start their East Africa Military Games campaign on the same note as last year, against Uganda’s Simba. Robert Matano’s men arrived in Zanzibar on Sunday afternoon and are upbeat they will defend the title. Ulinzi open their campaign tomorrow at 3pm before their second game on Saturday against Burundi. The soldiers will rely heavily on the form of eight-goal striker Stephen Waruru who has been key to their revival under Matano after a slow start to the season.
