SENDING large amounts of money on M-Pesa will cost you more from tomorrow but those sending less than Sh1,500 can smile as the transaction fee has been slashed. However withdrawal charges remain unchanged across the board. In a statement, Safaricom said it will reduce the cost of sending money by up to 67 per cent for low and medium tiered transaction value bands which range between Sh10 and Sh1,500.
