Outgoing Limuru MP Peter Mwathi yesterday commissioned a Sh16 million health centre in Ngecha village. The facility is the first in the village since Kenya gained independence after the first, built by colonialists, collapsed soon after President Kenyatta came into office. According to Mwathi, there was tussle between his office, the provincial administration and the Ministry of Health on the ESP hospital location.
