Kaya elders yesterday launched a vetting criteria for candidates in the March 4 elections. They said they will not bless a political aspirant who will not gone through the vetting. The elders were led by Malindi District Cultural Association secretary Ggneral Joseph Karisa Mwarandu. He said the Kaya will only bless good leaders.
