A man was yesterday injured when a bus he was traveling in was involved in an accident in Mwatate town. The Simba Coach bus was heading to Mombasa from Taveta when one of its front tires burst near the Mwatate bus stage. Jeinner Mutinda, a witness, said the bus began wavering before it landed on one side. "The injured man was rushed to the Mwatate District Hospital," said Mutinda, a shopkeeper at the roadside.
