CANDIDATES running for senator in Isiolo county yesterday accused the Isiolo North CDF officials of misusing kitty cash. Charfana Mokku of (ODM) and Mohamed Konso of (TNA) accused the former Isiolo North MP Mohamed Kuti and the CDF committee of mismanaging Sh29 million out of the CDF.
