MORE than 2,000 youths yesterday pledged to preach peace in all 47 counties ahead of the March 4 general election. Some 15 youth were picked from each county to attend a two-day forum under the National Youth Summit. The summit was organised by Brand Kenya, Inter-Governmental Authority on Development and Amani Kenya which seeks to have youths abstain from violence during the polls. The organisations hope the youths who make up 75 per cent of Kenya's population will resist violence but vote leaders who can chart a new destiny for them...
