A TNA governor aspirant in Kajiado was yesterday sent away by IEBC officials who refused to clear him because of his academic qualifications. Josiah Kores was asked to first clear with the Commission for Higher Education as his degree from Costa Rica University in the US requires certification. Tom Mboya, Kajiado's IEBC returning officer, had a hard time convincing Kores that his degree must be certifid by CHE. Mboya insisted that Kores's degree was acquired from a foreign country and must be certified as genuine by CHE as required by the law...
