Maywaka and Brendan sparkle at Makini Nasa gala

Owen Maywaka of Moi Educational Centre was the star at Makini School during the Nairobi Amateur Swimming Association (NASA) Group “A” championship. He splashed his way to glory with a hat trick of records in the nine-years and under category. McCoy Brendan,15, from the International School of Kenya (ISK) also sparkled with a brace of records. The nine-year-old Maywaka, returning to the swimming scene after a trying season, was in great shape recording 55.31 in the 50m breast stroke.
