THE 15th edition of East and Central Africa Inter Cities Championships will now be held in Kampala, Uganda, officials revealed yesterday. The event, which was earlier slated for Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania in March has now been moved due to logistics and will now be played from April 29 to may 4 at the YMCA Wandegeya courts. Ronnie Owino, the Inter Cities secretary, who attended the Fiba Africa Zone Five Club Championships in Tanzania last week, said they had agreed that Kampala, who were host last year, be given a chance to host the tournament again...
