KAKAMEGA The Lake Victoria North Water Board will give slum dwellers soft loans for water connection. Corporate affairs manager Daniel Owino said the project will boost access to clean water. He was speaking at Nambacha water project site on Friday. The targeted areas are Mjini, Lumino, Lukoye, Shibale and Lureko estates. The policy will include domestic and commercial connections.
