HOTELIERS at the Coast are not certain about the number of international tourists coming next month. Tui travel, one of the biggest tour travel group in UK, had announced it will resume its operations in Kenya next month. They pulled out of the market in May after advisories were issued for coastal areas because of violence. Kenya Association of Hotel Keepers and Caterers said since travel advisories are yet to be lifted, it’s hard to determine if tour travel groups will return. KAHC executive director Sam Ikwaye said the industry is yet to receive international bookings, as in the past.
