Bhang peddler jailed for a year

A bhang peddler found with 33 rolls of the drug has been jailed for a year. Fredrick Mucheru Maina, 33, was convicted and sentenced by principal magistrate Martha Mutuku. He admitted that on September 22, at Witeithie estate in Thika, Kiambu, he was found with the bhang, which was not prescribed to him as medicine.
