Kenya have missed out on the opportunity to host a leg of the International Rugby Board Sevens series for the 2015/2016 season. Sources familiar with the bidding process noted that the IRB will later this week announce Vancouver (Canada), Paris (France) and Singapore as the three new legs of the circuit. The three will replace Las Vegas (USA), Glasgow (Scotland) and Tokyo (Japan).
