Two church members were yesterday charged in a Makadara court with burglary. Patrick Njuguna and Rodah Kasaya allegedly broke into Christian Restoration Ministry of Mt Calvary Church, Kayole, and stole two speakers, three microphones, a keyboard, two cables and 15 plastic chairs belonging to Pastor Maurice Ochieng. The offence was committed on October 24. According to the prosecution reports, another church member saw Njuguna take the chairs to Kasaya’s place. They denied the charges before senior principal magistrate Victor Wakumile. They were released on Sh50,000 bail or a Sh50,000 surety...
