LACK of public participation in national decision making is to blame for slow pace of development, a Ruiru pastor has said. County Community Interdenominational Church's Rev Mbuthia Waigwa said leaders should involve the electorate in development plans. He was speaking last Sunday during the celebration to mark the church’s 1st anniversary after splitting from the Presbyterian Church of East Africa in November last year. "Splitting of the church is not always a bad idea since God uses plans of men to achieve his own good," Waigwa said.
