A Total Kenya clerk was yesterday charged with theft of oil products worth Sh10 million. Quincy Chaka is accused of conspiring with two other employees to steal 80 drums and 896 cartons of assorted oil engine lubricants valued at Sh10,597,389 from the Mitchell Cotts godown at Kibarani in Mombasa. He faced a second count of stealing by servant. Chaka was released on a Sh50,000 by Mombasa senior resident magistrate Elvis Michieka.
