Anti-graft police in Garissa are investigating massive theft of relief food believed to be orchestrated by senior government officials. Reports indicate large amounts of relief food are sold. Ethics and Anti-Corruption officials said hardly 20 per cent of relief food released by the national government reaches the hunger-stricken.
