A Nairobi court has summoned an investigating officer to explain a lawyer has not been arrested, despite a warrant. Lawyer Macmilian Mutiso has been accused of defrauding his two clients out of more than Sh16.2 million. A warrant for his arrest was issued by Milimani principal magistrate Joseph Karanja more than a month ago.
