THE widow of former Finance PS Wilfred Koinange yesterday asked the court to protect her from her in-laws. Rosemary Koinange said her sister-in-law, Isabellah Wanjiku, has been abusing her over a property case that involves her late father-in-law Charles Karuga Koinange’s estate and her late husband. “I have been abused severally by Wanjiku over the phone.
