Burglary case postponed

The case of three men charged with breaking into a house and stealing has been postponed. Robert Mole, James Manthi and Rose William are charged with stealing Sh50,000, two amplifiers, a DVD machine and computer from Michael Jefwa at Market village, Malindi, on July 9, 2013 . The three have denied the charges. They are out on Sh50,000 bond each. Malindi resident magistrate Caroline Nzibe set the hearing of the case for April 7.
