THE search is on for a boatman and a passenger who drowned in a dam in Embu county on Sunday. David Mbugua was ferrying four passengers across Ithaha Dam in Ugweri, Embu East subcounty, on Sunday when the accident occurred. The body of a woman who was in the boat was retrieved on Monday morning. Runyenjes MP Cecily Mbarire visited the scene on Monday. She called in divers from Kengen, who are leading the search.
