MP spells out new Uwezo rule for loans

MUMIAS West MP Johnson Naicca has urged groups that applied for Uwezo Fund loans to follow the new guidelines introduced by the Uwezo Fund Oversight Board. He said more than 375 youth and women’s groups in the constituency applied for between Sh50,000 to Sh500,000. “The new guidelines have harmonised the allocation and the board has directed Uwezo Fund committees across the country to give Sh100,000 to each group,” Naicca said.
