CLASS eight dropouts and those who never went to school will now have an opportunity to work in the Kakamega county government, Governor Wycliffe Oparanya has said. Oparanya yesterday said a programme that will create 10, 000 formal and none formal jobs for the youth and women wants to improve the living standards in the county by 2017. The youth will be perform manual works such as maintenance of road reserves and cleaning of towns.
