Cashless Matatu payment system not failed plan, CS Kamau

TRANSPORT Cabinet Secretary Michael Kamau yesterday said the cashless matatu payment system is still on. Kamau said currently all the licensed public service vehicles were expected to be using the cashless systems though it was not clear why some matatu’s were not compliant with the regulation. He said the ministry had so far approved all the 14 seater matatu operating outside the city.
