THE case asking a court to declare the Nakuru government top positions vacant and order a fresh recruitment will be heard on February 17. Shadrack Koskey has sued Governor Kinuthia Mbugua, deputy governor and the County Public Service Board. He filed the case on December 23 last year. Koskey wants the court to nullify the appointment of all executives and chief officers and suspend them from office until the matter is concluded.
