IDPs blame Mututho

NACADA chairman John Mututho has been accused of "dumping" IDPS at an arid place in Mumoi area in Subukia. National IDP chairman Peter Kariuki said the 600 IDPS were duped into moving into the area, which they rejected because of severe drought. “Mututho had approached me and indicated that he had spotted land to resettle the IDPS in Mumoi. He gave me Kh20,000 to do a site visit and promised that I would get Sh20 million if I agreed to have them resettled there.
