A new hotel property is set for construction in Nairobi’s Westlands, adding to the area’s appeal for hotel and commercial property investments. The proposed hotel development, Golf Course Hotel Kenya, will gobble up Sh200 million in estimated overall project costs. It will consist of 21 floors, including a revolving restaurant on the top-most floor. It will have 90 guest rooms, 15 on each floor from the fifth to the tenth.
