CIVIC leaders and residents from Kilifi, Ganze and Kaloleni districts have faulted a proposal by the County Council of Kilifi to buy a vehicle worth Sh8.5 million. The leaders told the council to use the money to complete stalled projects. They were speaking during a LASDAP consensus meeting to discuss the 2013/2014 LATIF projects at the county hall. They spoke after a presentation on miscellaneous expenditure by the works officer Kenneth Kazungu.
