An ODM MP in Taita Taveta County has blamed the party secretariat for the divisions that rocked the party's Mashinani drive launch at Wundanyi stadium on Sunday. Wundanyi MP Thomas Mwadeghu said poor preparations marred the launch. "We did not plan this meeting as the local ODM leaders.
