Embakasi MP Ferdinand Waititu is now accusing the office of the Director of Public Prosecution of using delaying tactics to delay his trial which kicked off yesterday. Yesterday, the prosecution which has lined up six witnesses asked a court to adjourn the case after calling the first witness. Waititu, who is facing hate speech and incitement to violence charges, opposed the prosecution application saying he wanted to clear his name as soon as possible yet the DPP is prosecuting his case at a snail's pace...
