The government will go ahead with the National Cereals and Produce Board privatisation despite opposition from farmers. Managing director Gideon Misoi says the move is aimed at improving the board's operations. But he told the farmers they will be consulted in the process. ''The process of identifying consultants is complete," said Misoi. "The board will review its operations and mandate." He said the changes are inevitable.
